Love the quote, and the overall theme is quite nice itself; seeing the team working together instead of going about independant of one another, however, the posing and editing could use some work.

its a very good picture apart from the awkward angle as mentioned above good posing (couldnt of had done it myself)

The posing is a little stiff, and the Snipers look like they were posed...lazily, for lack of a softer word. Otherwise, it looks good.
