I remember back in October of 2009 there was a series called I believe (excuse my bad spelling) "Vicinities in Time?" or something like that. Pretty much Louis was the main character along with the Scout and all the characters from Valve games were in it. I've tried searching for it, but no luck.

It's still going as far as my knowledge goes, it just takes a long time to make (episodes are pretty long). Not that I can speak on behalf of the creator.

Yes! Thank you so much. I read the series up to chapter 5 on Facepunch then stopped coming on due to school project and being plane busy. When I came back I couldn't find a trail left of the series. Thanks again!

Update...the comic will be on hiatus for a while. I just lost everything I was working on...everything. Which means I am gonna to have to redo everything again. Fml....

Don't worry about it. It only means the next chap will take longer than expected. I am going to finish this comic if it kills me. Already wrote the entire part one and some of part two.
