It lacks focus and well the posing is still bad, tuck them arses and when you are posing, estimate the distance between his torso and the ground so that you will pose the legs properly. If you fuck up select the physgun and press r pointing at the ragdoll it will unfreeze it and you'll have to pose it again, it sure is a pain in the ass but it helps a lot to improve(also note that in my early days of posing i was using that to get this posing i have now).
