I just noticed how empty the last one is. The problem is though there's no "civilian" Star Wars models, at least that I know of.

Oh, I see it now, his arm is completely down.
The thing is, I was going to make him hold the rifle pointing at a steeper angle to the ground. I changed my mind on it, but forget to set his arm right.

I told him to ignore your bad advice, not critism. To learn how to pose, you need to make TONS of screenshots, he shouldn't publish them, just make them.

Leon, you say when you started posing, they were bad. I bet your first poses were pretty fucking horrible too, but you learned to make better ones. That's what I'm trying to do, and you saying "o wel i could do sooooo much bettr than u!" over and over doesn't help.

Are you making fun of Star Wars? Seriously, the posing is bad and the angles are bad. All the pictures feel very empty. The troopers in the first pic, especially the one on the right, aren't holding the weapons. You need to pose the fingers too, not just the hands. And what's up with the TIE being so jaggy?
Take your time and put effort into what you're doing, and you'll get better. If you put effort into this, put some more. Really. When you have nailed the posing, you can start learning how to edit your stuff.

Well, look at how they hold the guns in movies and videogames( better yet, if you have any model guns, look at how you'd hold them yourself.
