I'm not sure if this thread belongs here, so I apologize in advance if it does not.

AFAIK, the phonemes extract correctly from the WAV file (44100 Hz 16-bit mono PCM), but when I hit play, the mouth of the model as shown in the "3D View" window does not move.

What am I doing wrong? I followed the steps from multiple online tutorials and tried again with several models from HL2 Ep2, but nothing works.

I would appreciate any help on the matter. :)

I think its because the recent update broke it. none of my faceposer scenes work anymore. infact you can see the TEETH moving when you play your faceposer scene.

I'm new to the Source SDK, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is a software regression bug... There's no way to install a previous release and test it?

Interestingly, this doesn't appear to affect the functionality of phoneme extraction/editing; I can still spawn NPCs and play scenes without a problem in GMod.

Windows XP Home SP2, but I don't think that matters.

No, I mean playback the faceposer seen IN Source SDK Faceposer.
