First things first, the thread title isn't exactly descriptive. You can get banned for non-descriptive thread titles.
Second, these are pretty good. Simple, but good. In the future, I recommend not using NPCs, as it sends the message that you are lazy (even if you aren't). I also recommend looking into some custom models, as you might find them both easier to pose and better looking than the defaults. If you intend to be a serious poser in the future, I also suggest looking up some editing tutorials and programs. All in all, not a bad start.

The posing is sort of okay. The positioning of the hands on the dude in the white shirt looks way off though. When I put my hands in my pockets my elbows don't jet out 6" behind me.
