You kick against "ze" office, and look at the screwdriver when you do it.
It starts to move towards you. The ammo box falls on the ground and the .357 flips.
A) Keep kicking the office.
B) Scream for help.

C suddenly cops bust inside, since those fags had a gun out and there was a witness probably(the hobo)

I don't think you really understand it 100%, you need to type actions and don't say what happens.
PS: the hobo is probally shitting his pants by now or doesn't care, and there is always something like corrupt cops.

A. Kick the office again. Then have a look ( as far as you can ) if there's a button or something. Wiseguys always have buttons to call in guards ( ! )

You kick against the desk and the .357 Magnum falls on the ground.
It releases a loud, single gunshot and fires at the broken table.
Ofcourse you get scared of the gunshot so you keep kicking the desk, untill the screwdriver fals.
You can feel that the point of it is sharp. If you try hard enough you can manage to cut the rope with your both legs.
A) Start screaming like a fucking retard because your scared from the gunshot.
B) Stay cool, and start cutting the ropes from your hands fast.

Trying to be fast, you grab the .357 Magnum with your left (wrong) hand.
The door gets slammed open and gets closed, and out of the shadow the boss of the local mob appears.
"Put your fuckin' hands up" you say mad, biting on your lip. He follows your orders.
Gaurds can arrive any moment and he can grab for a firearm, it's your choice what you do.
He looks at you and has a weird smile. "Your making a big mistake" he mumbles.

B) Take the asshole as hostage.

On the moment you lower your gun to listen to him, he goes to his pocket slowly to take something.
Because of your instinct you point the gun again at him, but now gangsta-style.
"Well.. uhm.. what i wanted to say is.." he mumbles with a confused face.
It looks like this makes alot of sense to you, and time is running out.
A) Give him a Moe Green Special. (shoot in his eye)
B) Try to take him a hostage, taking a huge risk of getting shot.

Still in shock, you fall down on your knees and puke on the ground, over the .357 Magnum.
You pick up your briefcase that was on the ground behind the couch and start to run towards the door.
"Freedom, here I come!" you scream out of joy, even you just killed a fucking person.
