Folks, I'm pretty confused! goes out to people asking how they did, but I responded as if it were easy to do lol

How is it that makes zoey look like this:

The guy spoke so> "I believe that's inflator + model nude + Zoey = Zoey Nude"
Then he took that picture, obviously, an image that he did!

How do? I tried to give the inflator, but failed. help me please! thanks!
