The blood could have been done way better, and it seems as if you just gave up editing when you came to the leg.
Otherwise it looks ok.

I can't do blood editing for shit, nor can I give things the correct depth.

Well, you might want to do more than just paste on brushes.
Also, entry wounds are very bloodless compared to exit wounds.
