ScoutKing, it's a challenge to tell you what I think about you without disrespecting you... but I'll try, I love challenges.
Nobody is coding the game, not yet. First, I layout the idea (done), next, I make a teaser/prototype (trying), then I engage investors, then I put the dev team together.
My relation with the training game is that I own it. I own the studio, the idea is mine, I have the money to prototype it, pitch it, etc. Gosh, i even own a CAR, if you can believe that....sorry to brag.
"you should be clear on how much money" as in: hey, I'd like a pizza and I want to pay $5 for it?
Alternatively, my little friend, in the faraway land of BusinessVille, things are done the other way around... as in "I tell you what I need and you tell me how much you'd like to be paid for doing it", then I say "ok" or "that's too much, I'll pay you X instead", or "that's too cheap, shows me you've no idea of what you are doing", etc.
I know it's hard to understand, but one day...probably many years from now... you'll get it, believe me.

you still got to realize this is a game.... but hey I hope you get it off the ground once more, but I doubt, i highly doubt someones going to take you up on your offer.
I can list a few people off that could make what you ask, and do quite a good job at it too.

bottom line, the people who can facepose/film in gmod, the majority are doing their own projects
but dosn't mean some wont have the time, but again... NO ONES going to take you up on the offer.
as suggest above, why not go to a university? your asking a forum with the age of 12-16 I mean... thats low... go to a university.
if im wrong, im wrong, you will get someone to do a video, but i doubt it, im tired of this pointless thread, you can feel free to come to me in a week or two and shove the movie in my face and go na na na or what ever you want to do it, but i highly doubt it, ive had this conversation alot before in this forum (with previous idea guys) and everytime it ends the same, with the idea guy walking away... with no ones taking him up on his offer.
