He's got a nice gun

I kinda wanted to have a backstory to this, something like a rebel remembering back "There were these clinically insane guys people used to call "junkers". They were, except for few, all mad as hell and just ravaging and pillaging everything. There was this one guy though. He was a genius or something, built himself a gun out of spare parts laying around, combine stuff, real high tech although it didn't look like it."
