Indeed it was. Abandoned after they couldn't destroy the RAF. Obviously this is some sort of alternate history... as demonstrated by the flying battleships. :P

Sweetness. Really nice job building the steam ships, and I like the attention to detail.

My only major complaints are that it feels a bit empty (could use with some more ships, birds, clouds that they're flying through) And some of the shading looks a bit iffy (primarily under the three soldiers in the foreground) Otherwise, sweet job.

I think the smoke coming from the vents should be thicker, the clouds look great, the soldiers could use some direct casting shadows.

What do you mean? Well, I saw that piece of artwork someone posted above a long time ago, and then the other day I remember an old pose of Kari's that was giant flying TF2 Blu-team armada so I decided to make this. I don't know where that artwork came from originally.

gm_flatgrass_2008, it has a nice skybox and HDR that gm_flatgrass doesn't have so I use it for scenebuilding.

Yes I noticed. I must do something on that map. Perhaps one should turn to pieces of art for inspiration. Scene build next.

I'm not welding the whole ship together, unfreezing all of the props and duplicating it, only for the duplication to fuck up. Far more trouble than it's worth.
