Whoa, thats alot of repetitive grass, it needs some changes... maybe some dirt around the buildings, a couple of collapsed houses and different grass around.

Not really. Saw a documentary called "Life After People" It's about what would happen if people just vanished suddenly. Scientist's said it wouldn't take nature that many years to totally overgrow a city.
