Bad posing and bad editing, the blood should be at the sharp end of the KUKRI, if he now slashed someone with it. His arms are to close to his body and the lightning looks fake.

Get a reskin for the kurki with blood on it, saves more time and its not called a machete, if you look at the weapons layout on TF2 its says kurki. Also lighting just ruins it, so does the fake moon in the background, the rain effect is ok I guess, the other parts just kill it and his head posing needs improving, maybe moving his head up a bit so we can see some damn eyes...

The sniper was just so pissed he wanted to take his time and beat the hell outa them with the dull end of the kukri.
(P.S. The blood on the Kukri reminds me of one of those plastic swords with fake blood in it.)

The blood is shit, the rain looks bad, the sky looks blank (no clouds?), the lightning isn't even striking anything, the lighting doesn't make sense, the moon is huge, and the background itself doesn't make sense.

Bad rain... looks you used noise and motion blur for it. Lightning looks out of place, sorry :/

Blood does not fit with the lighting
The contrast of the entire image is terrible
The moon has to be blurred a little to show DOF
The rain is really bad, all you did was noise+motion blur
all in all, just improve your editing

It isn't too bad, but most of the flaws have already been mentioned so I won't go into them again. But keep on trying and improving.

Dont think you can, but for the kukri put blood on the sharp end or it gives us an impression that you shouldn't trust him with a knife when it comes to killing people.

I don't know why everyone is getting their pussies wet over this, but I like it. It makes the sniper look like a deranged murderer. I would say fix the blood stain on the knife to something more defined, like the blood on the spy's knife in Meet the Spy. Everything else looks fine.
