Its a riot cop! And yes they should be armed with chainsaws,
posing's pretty awkward on the cop and what the hell is the thing he's chainsawing (guessing silent hill or something)
Blood's pretty alright though

Why is the patient chopped in half(on the hips) if the soldier its cutting his torax?

Edit: The soldier doesnt look like he is chopping, he looks like he is just standing there.

Well it's visually pleasing, but the person with the chainsaw looks very odd. His posing isn't... agressive enough. It's as if he's just standing there holding out this chainsaw, and this lovely 'patient' has come along and started jumping all over it.

Rainy version has nice lighting and the falling rain is okay (but perhaps a little too motion-blurred) but the splashes look odd.
