The editing's good, but the brown tint is gone (And personally gives the Fallout 3 feel to the image)

Fallout actually has a stupid green tint, not a brown one... that is unless you're like me and got a mod that removes it.

I found the tint depends, in megaton, etc, it appears brown (Maybe just a perception of eyes?) and in others, green.
