I disagree with you. That picture is just your opinion.

It looks pretty good but it needs some editing to give it that Rapture atmosphere. The colouring is all off.

I remember another edit from the picture where it was much darker and there was film grain and much more grey.
Compared with this picture it would be epic.

The room doesn't fit with raptures overall look.
First, the window is off. It looks like one of those 1940's DOD houses, not how rapture is actually built. The texture on the wall doesn't fit the material that rapture has, random skull.

Maybe I'm being nitpicky, but I beat Bioshock 3 times so :P

good color scheme, maybe a bit to bright, and overall a decent picture :)

Now, here's some critics for you :)
The water doesn't exactly buy me.. It have to less contrast, and looks more like dust then water :-/
Should be a bit sharper and blue-ish.. It looks good next to the ground :)

I might try to make an example in how it might be better :)
