zombies don't really look like they're lurching, they look more like they're standing pointlessly

well you need to assume that us critics don't know that. i had no idea if he was aiming or not. if you want a good picture, one of the things you should have is that the viewer is seeing the same thing as you are.

why would we want to? we're judging your picture as it is. we don't want to go through a lot of trouble just to go "oh he's right they're difficult but his picture is still mediocre"

Honestly, if you have to explain to the viewers what he's doing (and I don't mean story or something but basic movement) then the pic has most likely failed. Those zombies just look like they're idly standing there, and what is with the random blood in the air? If it's because he shot one blood does not look like that when it spurts from a wound. The main problem with the whole pose is the camera angle, it cuts off the view of him moving (if you even bothered posing him back pedaling, looking at the static zombies I'm guessing no).
And I don't care how hard those zombies are to pose, if they're difficult get different zombie models, there's hundreds.

How else are you supposed to get better? If you think everything you do is perfect, you would have nothing to improve on to actually get better. Take all the negative comments you recieve on your poses, and actually work on what you're doing wrong. Ignoring them isn't going to do anything. If somebody says you need to use more effort in posing, then actually spend more time posing. If you get bored half way, make a save file of it and then work on it the next day. Nobody wants to see something posed in 10 minutes.Deathbucket posted:

Someone said it already but I'm gonna remark it, one of the zombies looks like he is not moving and the zombie on the left side (on the ground) got part of his head off(I'm guessing that he got shooted) so there should be more blood.

While I agree with what the above people have said, this pic looks better then some of the other stuff I've seen from you previously. So I can only expect things to improve.
But don't get angry about people criticising you're work. Infact, listen and you may learn a thing or too.
