yes but the source recorder is superior to any and all external recording programs

Harder? Look up for a tutorial, it's really not that hard
Even if you're not an admin you can use the "record" command
I only had to download the codec pack to make it work -.-

basically all you need to do is type "record <name>" in the console and "stop" when you're done

Source Recorder is glitchy with some Addons, and about Wegame. I have 1680x1050 resolution in Garry's Mod and i selected HD-Recording in Wegame, but videos resolution is quite low and quality is quite shitty. I have right codecs and everything. Fraps would be good, but it lowers FPS so fucking much.

Source Recorder is the best if you are recording source games, and it's not hard when you know how to do it. record <name>.. Play your scene.. stop.. go to main menu and run the game in window then put in console: startmovie <nameofmovie> avi, choose file type, then playdemo <Nameoffileyourecordedingame>

Source recored is source engines built in recording system.. you allready have it..

Jesus christ, just get over the fact that youre lazy and learn Source Recorder. All free recording programs have already been listed here, and Source Recorder is IMO the best of them.

no, dont do that. fraps slows down your fps by a dramatic amount. Just learn source recorder.
