Ok, I already got the lastest drivers, already set all Rust "exes" to High performance. And still when the game starts and I press F1, it says its using a Intel HD 4000 on board device.

I have a Dell Inspiron 7520 15R notebook, with a Radeon HD 7730M.

Force the driver to select the right device by creating a profile in Radeonpro (an AMD-community-made utility).
