Im needing some help with my new server, im actuually rented a vps with Windows 2003 R2 x64, 2cores and 4gb ram to run a Rust Server Experimental for all south america.
Server's running as you can see below on the photo with 50 persons and people ingame see the bolhead guys walk warped (step to step) instead of having a fluid movement.

Smells like a networking issue to me.

Usage in your server looks ok for CPU/Memory. This sounds more like network latency/issues between the client and the server. Whats the general ping and FPS in the server, for you and anyone reporting the same issue? Maybe have a closer look at the network utilisation while its occurring, also run a ping -t to the server - that will run a constant ping from your PC to the server and tell you if there is any packet loss occurring.
