Same on my server, after server restarts/updates lock can be opened by anyone, Garry is aware of if, and trying to pin down the problem.

Also, unrelated, there seems to be an issue with the doors showing as open when closed, or closed when open. Seems to just be a client side issue. This started with the whole doors opening on restart thing.

    Edited:

Also, seems locks in the current session work. It's when the save is loaded they no longer work.

After our server admin made a refresh this morning (without wipe), fact is that:

    - All "old" locks that were placed before before the server restart were now non functional. When interacting with a lock - on doors or boxes - the usual sound appeared. When using the door/box directly, the code lock remained silent instead of confirming its use with that *beep*

    - All locks placed after the server reboot do work fine.

    - Demolishing and replacing "old" locked components works. They *beep* again, telling you nobody else has access anymore. Bad luck if you have 21 doors and 6 chests in your humble hut

I had a case where I place code locks on two doors. When I returned from a disconnect, BOTH code locks were NOT on the doors and there was NO beep sound. The issue really is now I CANT place replacement locks. It seems like they are on the door, just cant see them or interact with them.
I guess I can demolish the door and try again.

ages back i destroyed a locked door only to have that lock continue to float there and block my way. i think you are right though, try breaking the doors in question, see if that resets them.
