It would be cool if the cupboards weren't 100% powerful. At the moment if you have a cupboard on a second floor, along with all your shit, and you remove the stairs when u leave the base is unraidable.

Wouldn't it be cool if they made the cupboard disable its function for a short five second period every seven minutes (or maybe every 15 minutes), to give players the possibility of raiding.

    exactly what I said.

Because you are too lazy to raid a base properly, you are asking for a lazy work around.

Although I completely disagree there should be some intermittent vulnerability to the cupboards, I understand the sentiment.

You should not have to collapse an entire building in order to raid it.

How about removing the stupid cupboard all together, it does nothing. You can just build straight up and over and drop down on the house anyways.

And then what? Dance on their roof, or hatchet it for all eternity? Unless they have an open roof, your method does nothing but waste your own resources.

i appreciate the sentiment too, but disagree with the idea of making the game easier by having inherent "prone" times in a defence. it's a bit like a wall that disappears every 7 minutes so you can raid; it really is babying.

but i agree with you, you shouldn't need to collapse an entire structure to get into it. i think doors and windows should be weak, and the cupboard removed when the building parts get balanced out. players who get blocked in should be able to bash their way out within a reasonable amount of time. then the "remove" function wouldn't be needed anyway.

Tactics evolve when changes are made. I have a building server up atm with unlimited resources. It ceases to amaze me at what people are capable of achieving when facing a problem.
