    Hello.
I created a server RUST and I would like to know how the welcome message with most servers when the client connects sets.

    Hi.

I would recommend you to install Oxide on your server to use extended plugins.
But remember to use Oxide 2 if you have an experimental server and Oxide for Legacy servers only.

Thats the common way but the listing system is bugged since the beginning of rust. Maybe you will be listed at the normal comunity server list. :D

    But why is that important?

You can use the Rusty Rcon Tool. This allows your to connect remotely to your server without appearing in the "Modded" section of the server browser. This gives you some nice features like timed messages, ping kicker and much more.

There's a thread on these forums about it but the website is: http://rusty.trackthedead.com

Edit: Here's the thread I mentioned above: http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1350623
