Seems you can make trapdoors. Its fun walking up to a door under your feet and knocking and the person underneath opening door to deep water and death.

so i gather from the pictures you can place a door frame as a floor? i noticed that floor panels can sometimes be placed in alignment to walls, not that it does much.
