WTF and what way to fix?

If you have a look around on the forums it appears to have something to do with a plugin. i have this on my server too.
Plugins im running are

Death messages
Give
auto broadcast
Teleportation system
welcome gifts
welcome message and notifications
r-remover tool

You using any of those?

My server just downloaded with steamcmd and runned by batch, without any plugins. Maybe.
Where can i see list of installed plugins?

List the plugins you've installed. Are you running Oxide or other?

I think that my server are clean copy of official rustdedicated server.
