Hello, can you tell me which videocard can support new rust? My friend have bought the game and he played with me in Legacy version, but when he tries to open new version, it immediately closes. He has old videocard GeForce 9800GT 512MB.
Or maybe he needs to install any software?

I can play on fantastic at 1080p. My framerate hovers around 130. If I play too long, memleaks cause it to dip to 30s.

Specs: 3570k i5 at 4.2ghz, gtx 780 stock, game is on 7200rpm mechanical drive.

Try getting him to update his video card drivers directly from the nvidia website

He installed Microsoft .NET Framework and it helped. But it's strange that this program didn't installed before the first run of the game.
