So my house which I thought was really secure which was on a facepunch server got apparently raided last night and I woke up and someone else took over it. How is this possible? I was told by some experienced users that my house wouldn't be able to get raided.

Perhaps they were the ones who raided you, having spotted the weaknesses of your design and kept them from you.

Same fcking problem, was it on amsterdam server? I came back and all my items were gone but all doors intact with my codes. Ive seen people go under my foundation before but that doesnt explain the code thing. Is there a easier way to hack codes now or somethign?

my house was raided too od amsterdam servers, all was intact and guy who raided me was still in there sleeping, i dont knoe how he got in but he couldnt get out, he droped all my stuff from crates, i heard that there is a way to glitch through a foundations somehow? I had stone foundations

You put a sleeping bag under the foundations. You make a tower outside the range of the cupboard and since there isn't fall damage beyond a certain height, there is some method to launch yourself into bases from that.

They just use a glitch to walk right through the walls. Everything of value needs to be on at least the 3rd floor and the stairs or other methods up to the higher levels need to be positioned properly.

not a glitch, it's a hack (even if it seems fairly easy to do).
nothing really can be done there except be happy to know that the people that did that will get VAC banned (or EAC banned) at some point (i personally think that it's so much used that it already is very easily detected and those people will get banned in a blink of an eye)

Its a glitch, I have spawned on the offical servers, gone to look at people houses and the entire first floor is missing, with loot chests in the open. I can loot them and go on my way.
When I come back 2 mins later, all of a sudden the entire house has spawned in, walls and coded doors and everything and the access is gone.

This only happens once, and once the walls spawn in, they dont dissapear again.

I encase my cupboard ( I hate the cupboard btw totally fucking worthless ) and then I build up everything on the 3rd floor crates, Furnaces everything. Then before I log out for the night I remove the stairs and close up the opening with a floor and close up the door ways with a wall.

I've still woken up dead with everything in tact ..* shrug*

What dosen't seem to work :
-building a wall arround your house - cheater superjumped a 3 meter wall
- make a stone wall - this morning i woke up the stone wall of the side of the house got destroyed- hacker went inside the house with all doors locked and cuppboard locked in a sepperate room with a door lock and authorized himself building to dissmantle the wall.
-Same thing happened while i was online a hacker rushed inside the house before the door managed to close with a speedhack remooved my sleeping bag went into the locked room authorized building and placed walls in place of the walls now i cant go in. Ppl say its impossible to break walls even wooden walls and yet several of my houses got raided by people doing exactly that 3-4 ppl smashing thu the wall and going inside to loot!

Hackers love the cupboard, I've had them come to a huge house I built and know right where it was. I am guessing some radar. Once they smash that open and authorized themselves nothing else you built matters.

I just don't understand if mod developers can add a remove to the game ( anything built on a foundation can be removed my the foundation owner ) how come the dev's for rust felt we needed the cupboard?

Ok i have a question people say walls can't be smashed other ppl do it including in videos !
If walls on the experimental version cannot be smashed how you gain acess to another players house ?
Btw it also happened on the amsterdam server theres a hacked by the name bert he speedhacks aswell!

I don't know what causes it but sometimes bases having missing walls or foundations. It has happened to me a few times when my friend with me still showed a complete base. For me it usually happens right after I Teleport to a friend or use /home to get back to my base but has shown up for me just while walking along farming. One can exploit this bug for raiding as it has happened to me when I was inside my own house once. At first I thought he wall hacked until the same bug happened to me.

It also will affect large boxes. I went into this house that was missing half their base due to this bug all the way up passed the 7th floor. I was able to build to the 7th floor from outside of range to the base, jump though the invisible walls/doors to the cupboard and let a friend in after I destroyed a wall. He could see boxes that I couldn't see along with all the walls, stairs etc that I couldn't see.

I no longer play experimental due to severe bugs like this but I'll be back when they are fixed along with the actual raiding fixed.
