There should be a way to ppl from south america get better servers, i always have ping and can't test this game that is damn cool, any other way to don't have much ping (?) even using a proxy (I'm from Chile)

Using a proxy is only going to further increase your latency...

Because normally it goes like, You > ISP > Server
With a proxy it goes You > ISP > Proxy Server > Server

Both the legacy and the new ("experimental") dedicated server files are available for anyone to download. Check this thread (but note that some info is out of date and is corrected later in the thread--you will need to do some reading; you can also google for more up-to-date third-party guides) for info.

People in South America can host their own servers so that their pings are local instead of having to play on North American or Oceania/Australia servers.
