just a hour ago i wanted to have a closer look on a Water Tank i found on a stable (1169) server. Thought these were removed anyway?

As you can see, theres a small player-built structure underneath. As i approached, the red "building blocked" sign appeared...so there must be a cupboard inside.
No chance to investigate further, radiation went up to 400 in only one second. When leaving the place towards home to equip myself and try out full hazmat, "building blocked" stayed on. No matter where or how far away i walked, building was not possible. After having reached home (and my own cupboards radius), things turned back to normal.

Just reporting, wondering if there is a "monument/radiation/cupboard" bug or if it was only conicidence.
