    Just a suggestion, I'm sure a lot of people tab in and out of games like me and its a bit easier with this setting. Some PCs tend to black screen for a few seconds when tabbing out from fullscreen.

    Would be nice for those of us who have multiple monitors and run the game in window mode on one of them.

    I've had similar problems with Unity games. There's a command line option you can apply to any Unity game to get it running in borderless window mode.

    However for multi-monitor support there should probably be some cooperation from the game itself as well.

    In steam right click on rust-> Properties -> Set launch options and paste this:
    -popupwindow
    In the screenselector select windowed mode and your resolution.

    As a non-Rust player, I'm not for sure if this would work 100% with Rust. Yes it will give you borderless window mode but with Wasteland 2, another Unity game, I had some problems.

    Resolution would not match the resolution of the monitor and the game would own the cursor, preventing me from moving my cursor over to the next monitor.

    ctrl+f -> -popupwindow: http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/Comma...Arguments.html

    It's a UnityEngine stuff, so works the same way with rust. In the screenselector you can set the resolution to your monitor's res, but you also have "-screen-width" and "-screen-height". As for the cursor, press esc to open the menu to get the mouse, or press tab to open your inventory to get the mouse back, or press "t" / return to open chat to get your mouse back... or F1/F2. Whichever suits you.

    CONFIRMED! Working flawlessly in borderless window mode, and does not steal the cursor.

    Thank you SO MUCH for this.
