I've found these vary by server. One I played on had massive disconnects every few minutes, while another didn't haven any issues at all. I'd suggest trying a different one until it's worked out.

Same on official, but I don't know I've been disconnected until I try to change something in the world like open a door or move sething in my inventory.

Annoying because I'm sure I'm an easy kill for someone that happens to stumble upon my disconnect body before I realize I'm actually disconnected
