So I have noticed that the animals in rust are not limited to some things a player is limited to (Actually its only 2 things I have noticed).
- Animals can easily climb 70 degrees which makes it really painfull to run away from them or to chase them
- some of them seem to be able to walk through rocks causing massive amounts of rage (for me atleast) when you get mauled by a stealthy rock-bear

Playing yesterday I noticed quite a few animals that had spawned on the side of hills that seemed to be "stuck". They just ran around in small circles and couldn't get away from you when you got close.

Not really related but cool story - I saw the sillouette of a bear waaaay up on a snowy mountain last night, then heard the crack of a boltee as someone up the mountain killed it; then spent the next no joke half a minute watching its carcass bounce and slide all the way to the bottom. Ran up and looted it while the fellow was still coming down the mountain to claim his prize and ran off.
