You split it, and drop the other split as fast as you can, and pick it back up as fast as you can.
And if you're lucky, the split side doubles.
And gets added to the main stack.

If its an easily reproducable bug, I'd check and see if its been reported on FacePunch Support. If it hasn't, create a new ticket for it, and let everyone know so they can upvote it. That's the best way to bring bugs and glitches to the Dev's attention.

Please don't do this on servers it really does fuck up the server and lags it. Eventually the server will have to be wiped. Go to Rustafied.com and see what he had to write about it.
