    Hi there,
I know this is not at all crucial game wise, but am I the only who is bothered like hell by the fact that the sound of an axe hitting on either rocks or trees, still have the same sound?
Also small things like the animations of woodcutting, pickaxing the ores and the alike could have been made realistic, instead of just gaining resources as numbers on the screen, instead visually showing the action.

Then again, I know it's not at all important for the gameplay, but it's things like that, that annoys me. And so far i'm not seeing the development team being serious enough about this game.
At the current stage it's not worth 20 USD imo.

    Firstly Welcome

There is a thread about the sounds One of the new members of the dev team started for us to give our comments on the games sounds, here is the thread http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1437575

And secondly you paid 20usd for the finished game not the game as is so that last statement is erroneous. also Why do you think the devs are not taking the development of the game not seriously?
I have been following the development of this version of rust since it's first public iteration and from what i have seen this version is updated more than any other Early Access game i follow. With the money being pumped in to Rust i don't think Garry is messing about but feel free to give evidence of their lackadaisical development.

Honestly go play legacy and it'll be worth the 20$, just right click rust in the steam menu and select "Play legacy"

Most players are hacking, you'll think your just bad (which is also sometimes the case) but once you actually get good at the game you'll see that almost everyone that you thought was good is just hacking.

That, or just don't play at all. At the current stage the game is awful and unplayable and I advise not to play it.

Great just what we need, another guy incredibly uninformed but still feels the need to jump to retarded conclusions with only his opinions as reason.

"This is a minor issue that annoys me, and therefore that tells me the devs aren't being serious."

Use these thinks to stop being one of these people. We will all like you more for it. Keep in mind you can't use twitter posts as excuses to make a complaint or shit thread every other day.

How its true the current Rust is not as completed as legacy.
    I really enjoy it.
I think its worth the 18 euros without a doubt.

And if you see the speed in which these guys add updates and fix bugs.
You can come back in a month and just have completely different game.

Also if you compare progress from this game with lets say DayZ they are really doing a great job.

The sounds of the items not being different has not bothered me even the slightest.
So bashing the current game for the sounds being to alike is just crazy in my opinion.
You knew these things were going to happen with an early access game.
