Hello staff of rust my game name is Captain :) but what i want to ask you guys is to unban me sorry that i ask it but i bought this game yesterday -5-12-2014 and im now banned im verry sorry that i hacked on this game was a stupid action to do i know. So thats all i want to say to you guys im not so stupid anymore to do that so plzzzz give me a refund? Then i will be verry happy!

So, you mean you can just ask for a "refund", since you can't use cheats in this game?
If you use any hack by 3rd party script/software that is totally your own fault.
That is nothing a gaming company will refund, and it is clearly mentioned in their Terms of Service (ToS) in most cases.

To sum this up: There will be no refund.

Now to the moral: Never cheat in a game!
