Simple thread. Old bug back from the grave.

The game starts up with no menu, just an icy backdrop. It doesn't matter what settings it's launched with or where it's launched from.

Tried:
1) Launching from Steam dir
2) Wiping ALL data including app data and registry
3) Reinstalling multiple times
4) Running everything as an administrator

This still applies. One week later and nothing fixes the damn thing.
