    is their anyway you can contact steam or the makers of rust directly. ive tried and i got bots who answered. and how long will it take for them to respond.

    wouldn't count on it. who you contact depends on why you want to contact them anyway.

    the devs read the forum posts, but may not have any urge to reply. garry has a twitter, but again, debatable if he will care enough to reply. not much that steam support would help you with in regards to rust, but it's really easy to open a ticket on the website.

    i started a forum on steam stating that i was falsely vac banned, and i was. that's why i want to know how to contact them. but i don't want to talk about the vac ban because the other forum on steam got a lot of "f*** you cheater" about 400 comments on it actually. i went their for help and all i got was hateful comments like that so don't go their for help . so that's why i came here. i actually read a post on Reddit about a guy who was false vac banned and he said that he contacted steam and if he trust you he would give the email to the guy who unbanned him. so that's why i wanted to know how to contact them.
