A group of Rust players and I have been floating around an idea to try and run another Rust server centered around a community and group warfare. There are 2 groups of us, comprised of 5-6 people each, and we are seeing if there would be interest from other groups in this type of server. We want to run a whitelist server so that we can ensure that people are following the server's rules, rules that will be decided on by the groups joining the server. We have a good dedi-box that we run our servers and Teamspeak, so hosting isn't an issue. We are only looking to do this if we can get at least 4-5 other groups interested.
