Well I had an idea, got the models all set to go, then this shit has to happen before I moved into retexturing at least. The original models are fine, until I decompile them, then this happens. Is it the decompilier just now shitting out, or the model somehow? All I want is a nice Tshirt model, and this had to happen. Any help, or is it fucked?

It looks like your model is a LOD model. Maybe you should check your LOD setting in GMod.
If it's not that, but the model itself, check if you selected a LOD model instead of the base model. Also, what decompiler did you use?

I used Crowbar, latest version I am pretty sure, I downloaded it in late February, so probably no longer latest version.
I have my Gmod set to LOD 0 right now, and it seems to be the main one, as decompiling it, it gave me just the reference model, which I'd imagine would mean it is the base model, then again most models I decompiled did lack it, I'll go check the original right now, see if it has any LOD levels that look like that or what.
Okay, so it doesn't change when I change the LOD setting svia console, which that usually does, so I don't think it has LODs, which makes this issue more of a pain to track down.

I had a problem that was pretty similar to this once! it was in the same place too on the hands
what I might try doing is going to your flexes thingy and look for one that looks like %blank or something, and try commenting it out, that's what fixed it for me.

Never would have guessed editing flexes could do shit like that. I had replaced the VTA with another citizen based one, and changed the flexes properly, guess it was like fuck you man, and did that, despite working on everything else I used that method for.
Ah well, I got it working using the default values of decompiling the Tshirt model again. Well this works, and now I know how to fix it in the future should it happen ever again, thanks man.

Cause there should only be the default Kai, arrow, bow, Tron Kai, Tux Kai and an ID_Card.
