Hiya folks just wanted to address the issue with the level of darkness in Experimental Rust at dusk.
In the real world there are different kinds of twilight (no not the books or movies...*shudder*) like civil twilight which still allows outdoor activity although the sun is already out of sight. The simple reason for that is that our atmosphere bends the suns rays so the sky is still illuminated after that big ball of fire is gone :D

Vsauce actually explained that pretty good over on Youtube in his video "What is the speed of darkness"

I can't even imagine how hard it is to add a realistic twilight before night but it breaks the game for me :/ when starting anew I always ran around right at dusk or dawn because that was the time when it was the least dangerous. Most players already went into their houses or were still at home. I only could do it when it was pitchblack in my room and my screen was super clean otherwise i could not see a thing (without tuning up gamma which is kinda cheating). It got a lot better with the second version of the sky long ago in Legacy but it still felt like running around after beeing blinded with a bright flashlight. And in the experimental version it is impossible to see anything in a house that has a roof although he sun is still out.
