No women can look like that without testosterone abuse, its as simple as that. We don't need disgusting looking women to make them ethically correct or some shit.
Wtf are you on about mate, stick a normal head of hair on that and she'd be pretty much average-looking, though a bit rough. Testosterone abuse? Seriously? My sister looks pretty much like that from the neck down, even after two kids, and she's above-average hotness.
The male has model like proportions and I don't see why the women shouldn't as well (within reason). The game wouldn't be more immersive with ethically friendly non-sexualisable men (pretend this is a world where an ethically friendly male is a fat ass who sits on the computer all day, even though nobody has ever cared about ethically friendly male character models) and its the same with women.
You wouldn't be justified in adding a fat male model any more than it would make sense to use a chubby chick model.. If someone's overweight/unfit, they can't run as fast or as long, reaction times may be slower, it takes more effort to do things like chop wood or break ore..
Basically they would NOT fit into the Rust world, which is a harsh environment where if you want to eat, you have to catch and kill dinner first. The Dove campaign is all well and good when it comes to retarded advertising, but it's irrelevant to the suitability of models for a post-apocalyptic survival game.
The game currently uses only a male character model for simplicity (during alpha development) and - I'm guessing - because 99% of its player community are male.
More like 85% male, 14.5% female, 0.5% other.
