------
Features
* Sanctuary
A PVE area set aside for players new to Rust or prefer PVE
* Limited Sleepers
This is to help with players combat logging during a fight. Their bodies will remain ingame for 300 seconds if they are involved in a fight. Otherwise it's 60sec
* Remove Tool
Remove any objects you have place in the world. Objects removed will be placed back into your inventory.
Don't like where you built your base? /remove
Wanting to expand your base? /remove
There is a caveat.
Who ever puts down the first foundation becomes the owner of all objects connected to it later on, except for doors, ramps, furnaces, campfires . This is to do with how Rust assigns object ownership, not the plugin itself.
* No Decay
For now decay has been turned off. This may change as the number of bases grow. The no-decay for Sanctuary will remain
* Air Drops
Air Drops will occur between 7am and 7pm. Minimum of two players. Two drops daily.
* Banking
Deposit your money into the bank so you don't lose it when you are killed. Players get 50% of your money when they kill you so /bank deposit "amount"
* Base Alarm Extended
Objects destroyed will be logged. It will show time, who the attacker is, who the victim is and what was destoryed. This will help to confirm whether a base was legitimately raided or not.
* History
See the last 20 chat messages so you don't miss a message.
* Report
Report players via Steam Chat to admins. This will send their SteamID as well as your SteamID. Admins can then check both profiles.
* VAC Kicker
Accounts with a previous VAC Record will be kicked immediately
* Economy
Earn money while hunting / killing and spend it at the shop.
* Players
See a list of players online.
* Promo
From time to time I may leave promo codes around. If you see one of these you can redeem them while in game. You may only redeem a code once.
Items redeemed do not include weapons, ammo, research kits, blueprints.
An example promo code is : infamous
If you were to go into the server and type /promo infamous
You might get the following: 100 Wood Planks, 250 Wood, 15 Cooked Chicken Breast, Cloth Pants
* Skills and Levelling
Killing will earn you XP. You level-up by getting 100% XP. Each time you level-up, you get 1 point. You can put your points toward a skill to 'upgrade' it.
For example, you could put points on the bow so it does more damage or on armor to increase your resistance to damage.
/level for more info
* Teleportation
Allows players to set a maximum of 3 locations to teleport to. To help stop TP from being abused there is a price. There is also a random cooldown after making a tp request.
Setting a tp location: $2,000
Deleting a tp location: $200
Aborting a tp request: $500
Teleporting to a saved location: $0.5 per metre
Teleporting to a person: $1 per metre
* Location / Autotracking
You can now go to www.rustnuts.com to see your current location on the map. Players unfamiliar with the map should find this helpful.

Admin Rules & Expectations
Admins will have a unique tag so other players are able to recognize who they are.
They will either have the standard [Admin] tag or a more creative tag such as [Sheriff]. At the moment admins will only be limited to three or four. Moderators will help the admins with the day to day monitoring of the server.
Admins must also be in TeamSpeak whenever they are in the server. This will insure a uniform response to situations which may (will) arise.
What Admins Can Do:
* TP to Players - Players can request an admin to help them for the following reasons ONLY:
- To remove griefing objects (wall, foundation, pillars etc) only within Sanctuary (PVE Zone)
* If you a stuck / glitched, an admin will TP you out to him/her. No further.
* Remove an object within Sanctuary (PVE zone) deemed to be griefing in nature
* Kick - Kick players who are disruptive to the server
* Ban - Ban players who they believe are hacking/cheating or abusing the mechanics of the game to gain an unfair advantage over others. Admins will do their best to investigate. If you suspect a player of cheating/hacking or abusing glitches, don't say anything in chat, instead take a few screenshots if you can and send a /report. Admins must provide a more descriptive reason other than 'Hacking' for example, "Hacking: Walked through wall, killed everyone".
* Day/Night - If majority of players agree. Sometimes the sudden brightness of the change is too much so a Day time request will set the time to 6am
What Admins Cannot Do:
* Spawn in items - They will not have permission
* No access to Rusty - They don't need it
* Raid - Admins can not lead a raid nor can they share information about base locations and layout. It's a conflict of interest.
* Clean the Server - No. There is no need. Decay will take care of that.
All actions are logged and can be traced back to the admin executing the command.
There are no Moderators as yet. They would be limited to the following:
* /kick - Able to kick players who are disruptive
Please don't ask to be an Admin / Moderator. Server Owners who have been around long enough will know what qualities they are looking for in an admin/moderator. It only takes a few bad admins to destroy a servers reputation.
------
Player Commands
This list will be updated as plugins are added or removed.
* /players - List all players online
* /remove - Remove your own objects
* /share - Share doors you own
* /level - See options for Skills and Leveling

* /report "Player Name" "Reason" - Report a player to admins via Steam Chat. This will send the players SteamID as well as your SteamID to all registered admins.
* /reporter "Message" - Will send your message to the owner via email (This needs to be setup)
* /help - This should your first command when you need help with something
* /tele help - Help with teleportation commands
* /ehelp - Some economy commands
* /bank help - Help with banking
* /tele help - Information on setting, requesting and accepting a teleport request
* /tele req "player name" - Request a TP to this player
* /tele "name" - TP to one of your saved locations
* /tele acc - Accept a TP request from someone
------
Server Rules
* Killing On Sight - This isn't illegal but it is frowned upon. I prefer the community to police it's own rules/way of playing.
* Building Height Limit - This is set at 12 Floors. That should be plenty even for a clan. This is to help reduce lag spikes when a player is running into a heavily builtup area.
* Objects causing grief within the Sanctuary, will be removed by an admin.
* Infamous Gaming core rules also apply here
* Play Fair
Rules are there to help everyone have a good experience.
------
Sanctuary
This is a PVE zone mean't for players who are new to Rust, new to this server or are just not into the PVP action all the time. This is a large area located near Little Rad Town. This area will be fenced with Spike Walls to provide a visual indication of where the boundaries are. There will be Gateways every 6th or 12th Spike Wall.
These gates will in turn be lit up by furnaces which will automatically come on at night and go off early morning.
There is a small delay from when the furnace goes off to when it comes on again during the night.
There is a hub in the centre with Work Benches and Furnaces for those on the move to use.
The spike walls are only there to provide a visual feedback on the Sanctuary boundary.

* Buildings cannot be destroyed. They are indestructible.
* /remove - You can still use this to remove your own objects
* There is no decay
* An admin will remove an object for you if the admin confirms the object to be griefing in nature.
------
Villages/Cities around the whole map
Basic idea is to have players use the whole map.
How it Works:
Clans or groups of people will go to where the Teleporter is located within Sanctuary.

From here they decided where they would like to setup their village/city.
Then use /ztp north|west|east to go to that location. It does cost money but it is not expensive. The low cost should hopefully encourage players to explore.
At the moment there are no resources at those locations (just trees) so players would need to come back south to gather. There is a plugin that can spawn resources such as animals, rocks and wood piles but i'll need to test this for lag issues.
Teleport Logic
* You can not teleport to these locations from anywhere you like. You can only do this from the Teleporter set in Sanctuary.
* From Sanctuary you can TP to the West, North or East.
* West, North and East cannot teleport to each other. ie. If West wants to raid the North Village they must go south first before going North

Resources for Outlying Villages
For the moment, I have only added resources to the West Village (/ztp west). I want to add resources to these regions slowly to see if there are any adverse effects on performance.
------
Please also keep in mind. Rust is an Early Alpha release and as such, there will be disappointments / bugs etc
Expect to lose everything you worked very hard to achieve and don't get attached to anything because - YOU WILL LOSE IT!

Sorry guys
net.connect 119.252.190.56:29800
One of my admins asked the question "Why would players go to the villages to the north? Everything they need is right here."
Well that's a good point.
- Max for the current location where most players hangout is around 30 - 40 players, anymore and it's just crazy. Some players like crazy, some don't. This just gives those who don't like crazy some space.
- Good for large clans to setup base. Create their own Sin City xD

I have joined and I love it so far! The extra camps use a mod which fills them with resource spawns so u need only head south for loot and can gather food and materials near your homes.
There are also other things going on like hunger games and the introduction of roleplay. I cant recommend this server enough! :)
