While scrolling through the comments I've noticed a lot of hate messages, kids demanding faster updates, or overall jackass's who just want to whine and complain. So I decided to write a heartfelt letter of appreciation to relight your faith in the gaming community or possibly give me my own awesome server. While fast updates are nice they are rarely a necessity, taken from a fellow rust player (sorry I forgot your name if you read this) I and I'm sure many others would rather wait a month for a well polished update than have a shity rushed weekly update that holds a chance of breaking something. The game is beyond awesome and I truly can't wait for it to be finished as I'm sure you can't wait either. It's nice to know that you are willing to make the game your own rather than make another zombie game. Taking out the zombies good call. Another thing that I and hopefully the rest of the community would like to thank you on is the willingness to take our ideas into consideration. Though some ideas a rather iffy and people demanding that you do this or do that is something all games run a chance of getting is apart of accepting such things. Hopefully the people that show gratitude and good ideas get taken into consideration. Not going to lie having weather or seasons implemented into the game would a nice touch. As I get back on subject I would just like to thank you for making this game awesome with every update, and I hope you continue doing your thing at making this game of the year for the next 10 years.

Well first off to address your latter comment, if you want your own server you have to rent one from a third party provider.
Secondly, to address your first comment, people are going to whine, complain, bitch and cry about any game on any game forum. The fact that people are allowed to get away with the amount of whining that goes on here is actually admirable IMO. Shittier game companies and developers like Sergey over at WarZ/Infestation are just happy to go on ban sprees, abusing their playerbase, publicly calling them fa**ots, banning anyone who so much as dares to insinuate their piece of shit game isn't a masterpiece and then wondering why everyone "picks on them" and why they get so much bad publicity.
FP isn't the friendliest of forums for people who can't be bothered to read stickies and rules but their moderators are still a lot more lenient than others in many aspects.
The majority of Rust players, aren't even signed up on the FP forums. They're just playing the hell out of Rust. So you won't hear them talking about how wonderful Rust is...and you won't hear them bitching about it either...because they'd rather just play the game. It's no different than any other game/forum.

The latter part of that quote was merely for entertaining purposes. I don't want nor have any intention on buying a server because I know myself and I would all kinds of abuse that power so no one should take the free sever thing to heart. I know people are going to moan whine and bitch it's been that way since well the internet's start. I figured it would be nice to thank them for making a good game, and keeping us informed rather than moan whine and bitch about how they aren't doing their job fast enough.

People get banned for not reading the stickies, and they're temporary bans, it's not a big deal.
Also not sure what bans on the forum has to do with supporting Garry.

bans are warning and pretty easy to avoid, just have to be careful, eventually it becomes very natural to avoid them. Also, mods DO give a fuck, otherwise trolls would have been not been banned at all.
He joined purely to troll
if he comes back or, even if he uses a VPN, he'll just be banned again. Thus, the system works by keeping out the real idiots.
