Post #1I'm going to make it short and sweet. Interested in renting a server, or buying. Anyone have any experience with renting or buying one?

Gameservers.com I rent a couple of servers from these folks. Many locations, fast, excellent support.. I recommend them.

I've also heard good things about gameservers, they have test servers that you can connect to to see what kind of performance you get out of the different locations.
Keep in mind, there is a server for every 2 players. There are WAYYYYY too many servers right now.
You might have a difficult time getting players to stick around past the first couple days.
Don't let that stop you, I had a server for a while and it was fun to mess around with but it was very difficult to bolster the population after a week or so.

Ive made decent relationships with 20+ people on the server i played. We are all looking for new servers to become new refugees. I just rented one so ill be parting the red sea for my amigos
