In my wisdom I decided that I would change every INPUT key binding on the VERY first "PlayRust Configuration" Screen and since I own a Logitech G13 I thought it would be a good idea to change ALL keys to a minus sign to make it easier to set up the G13 key bindings. Obviously I was wrong! Now I want to just set the very First "PlayRust Configuration" Screen. ( Dealing with Graphics and Input Settings ) back to default but cant work out how!

I know how to change the settings on the next screen back to default ( you know the one with the Rust start screen and Sound, Graphics and Input) but NOT the very first "PLAYRUST Configuaration" screen... Im hoping one of you know ... With thanks.. Dave

Delete your config file. It will regenerate with default options when you restart.

It's in your /Rust/Config folder. Leave Favorites, thats your server list.

I have gone to my folder where I installed the game which for the record is STEAMGAMES/SteamApps/common/rust/cfg and deleted the client CFG File and still nothing....

Any ideas .. thanks for taking the time to reply though :)

Sorry chief, looks like its stored with the launcher or precached somewhere. That .cfg file does contain the control configuration though, so not sure where the client is getting the info from other than there. Perhaps someone with better knowledge of the directory structure and process could explain?

You have 2 options here, reinstall your client and hope it resets or reconfig your controls manually. I'll leave it to you to decide which will take longer!
