When I use my flashlight, and sometimes my torch, when I look around in different directions a black square appears on my screen. Any fixes? I will post a screenshot.

My specs are:

Processor: Intel Core i5 4200m 2.5GHz
Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics 4600 and NVIDIA GeForce GT 750m 1GB GDDR5 (The one I use)
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium (x64)
Computer: AlienWare x14
