hi all my vps service location is germany & ram = 4 & cpu = i7 & bandwich = unlimited when i run the server for first part is good but when other players connect server have bad lag remember my vps server is great & i connect easyly with remote desktop

shod i config in the games files ? fucking lags for what plzzzzzzzzzzz help me :(

shod i install service on my windows server 2008 ?

You need to give all details specifically.Not like "I have I7 ,4gb ram and unlimited bandwith"

First of all current Rust server files given to specific GSPs,which means you cannot host a Rust server nor with your personal pc neither with your dedicated server.

From what i understand,you just hosted a "cracked" server and now trying to get help for that,which is not the place for that.

The problem is we do not know what kind of VPS service he has ? Which GSP ? If not a Gsp then it's custom.If custom that means you will have problem because again i repeat no one knows about specs of your server.

And i agree with AIX.It's a host side problem and slightly because that your system over there lacks of performance.

Usually Gsp's use different hardware than "home or office type" pc.Someone with I7 2700k should not expect a excellent performance compared to a processor like Xeon.

Other than that 4Gb Ram limit is just weird hosting a game like this.Maybe it's okay with Minecraft but games like Arma 3 or Rust will suffer from lack of ram capacity.

My first guess is that you are renting with deinserverhost.de?
Idk if there are other german GSP's out there but i had a server from them once wich was very decent.

But nobody here can help you if you don't post your exact server specs and the name of GSP you are using.

Posting proper server specs should look something like this:

Processor; Intel I7 (Wich I7 type processor is it? how much ghz?)
Ram; 4GB? (I recommend 8gb minimum)
Network; xxx MB/S & 0~100 userslots

GSP = Game service provider (where do you rent your server?)

This makes absolutely 0 sense whatsoever.

From the sounds of it he has a VPS rented from a non-game hosting company and is trying to host a cracked server on it.
You're not going to get help with that here considering you're not supposed to have the server files.

If it were hosted through a GSP he wouldn't have remote access to the server.
