I've looked around everywhere and I can't get it to work!!

Before saying "Have u checked for realtek drivers" That's the very first thing i've done. Realtek doesn't exist on my pc.
All I see is High Definition Audio Device
    And
    AMD High Definition Audio Device

I've tried disabling AMD (Monitor Audio) and it still lags. I even tried disabling all the audio and the lag persists.

Specs: [MUST READ] THE GRAPHICS CARD ON THOSE SPECS ARE NOT CORRECT, I AM USING A AMD RADEON HD 7700 SERIES [MUST READ]

I don't know how to fix this issue. I've tried all the launch options. And none of them fix my problem.
I've tried updating my audio drivers. They are up-to-date. (Same with Video Card)

    Help me please!

i belive it can be caused by rust loading up buildings when you run into a area with a few large buildings, happens to me also but not as often as you say

Yeah, I can see the buildings loading. But I would have thought they'd finish loading. So I ran back and forth thinking they'd already be loaded so i wouldn't have to get that freeze again. Then what do you know. Out of the ordinary. It happens still.

I bought this game yesterday, and it sucks to have to play it like this.

Quick update: I've joined a different server and it seems like the lag has stopped. Only lag i get is when buildings/landscapes are loading. Appart from that. It's fine.

does it do the freezing when you're standing still?

it will reload them if you do that

join a server with less population, large buildings will freeze your game, devs are trying to figure a way to make the objects load slowly so you get no freezes

I think there's a nother thread about this and it has something to do with the audio drivers.

Back in the days while i was using Pentium 4 processor i had problems with onboard audio. It was lagging ,stuttering the game while i was playing Battlefield 1942.

So your problem might be similar to that issue.Onboard audio has always it's problem due to it's cpu usage.
