...as the title says, how do you guys make it, so players will spawn with all the weapons, kevlar and other stuff?I can do it with "kits", but I want new spawns and respawns to have the gear on them all the time, without typing in chat /kit or whatever..•If someone could at least tell me where to start. Is it server cfg, or mods, or something else that I have to do?

You could switch to Magma, it's really easy to do it with the hooks provided. Just a suggestion thought :) I would be happy to have you on our side.
